Thanksgiving Turkey (Mark)

Ingredientes:

1 Turkey (4 kgr.)

Stuffing

1/2 bread crumbs dry bread (Bimbo)
1/2 Corn bread
Mix:
Celery fresh
1 onion
Some chicken broth
Melted butter
1 beaten egg
Lots of sage
Salt + pepper

Mix everything but the bread crumbs and then add the bread crumbs.

Stuff the body cavity and the neck and let rest for around 30 minutes in a greased pan.

Cook in the special bags breast side down for around 3 and a half hours and then flip it and let it brown the last 30 minuts.
Separate thighs from the body when 1/2 cooked.

Gravy

Melt butter in a pan, add some flour, then hot "drippings" from the turkey and salt and pepper. Stir a lot.
